Returns & Exchanges
Rufus Rabbit maintains a seven working day returns policy. Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order you must notify us in writing either by royal mail or email within seven working days from date of delivery that it is your intention to cancel your order and that you are returning the goods. We will accept the return of unwanted goods and will refund the full price (including outward postage charges).
You are responsible for returning any unwanted goods to us including the mailing costs. The item’s must be returned in the condition in which they were received ie.unworn, unused and in their original packaging. For fragile or more expensive items we advise that you return the goods by recorded delivery and with the appropriate packaging to ensure safe transit. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.
It is always in the customer’s interest to retain proof of postage as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive at Rufus Rabbit premises.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
We are always very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and let us know the details of the fault. We can then let you know whether to return it or not and make sure other items are not affected. We will often ask you to email us a photograph of the fault as it’s easier for you than posting it back to us. Should you need to return the item we will refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.
If a fault develops outside of the 30 day return period, contact us on 01332 290605 (Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm) or by email on email@example.com before you return the item so we can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward.
Please ensure that you always read the care instructions for all products and follow accordingly. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
